If your visa is rejected due to a duplicate application submitted through another agent, no refund will be provided, as this falls under your responsibility. Delays due to additional security checks are beyond our control, and the fees remain non-refundable.

If you opt for Express Service and we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe due to our processing speed, you are entitled to a full refund of the express fee only. If delays occur due to security checks or a duplicate visa application, the express fee is non-refundable.

For bundled services, such as Visa + Insurance, travel insurance is processed first. If the visa is rejected after insurance has been issued, the insurance fee is non-refundable. Once purchased, the insurance policy remains active regardless of the visa outcome.
